Qualification details

Release 7 . This is the seventh release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package with the following unit updated:

• TLIF0080 Implement and monitor the safety duties of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility).

Release 6.  This is the sixth release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. With the following general elective units have been updated:

• SITXMPR012 Coordinate marketing activities
• TAEDEL414 Mentor in the workplace
• TAETAS511 Undertake organisational training needs analysis
• TLIX0069 Manage contracted support services.

Release 5.  This is the fifth release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. With the following units updated:

• TLIE0007 Apply workplace statistics
• TLIL0004 Apply conflict and grievance resolution strategies
• TLIL0009 Develop rosters
• TLIL0012 Promote effective workplace practice.

Release 4 . This is the fourth release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. With the following units updated:

• Imported Elective units updated
• Unit TLIP5037 deleted due to zero enrolment.

Release 3 . This is the third release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. The following general elective unit has been added:

• TLIF0014Y Monitor the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility).

Release 2 . This is the second release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. The following modification has been made:

• Imported Elective units updated.

Release 1.  This is the first release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package.

This is a qualification for those engaged in bus and coach operations job roles within the transport and logistics industry.

Job roles 

Job roles and titles vary across different sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:

• fleet manager
• operations manager
• passenger service delivery manager
• service delivery manager.

No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.

A total of 12 units of competency  comprising:

2 core units  listed below, plus 

10 general elective units  from the general elective units listed below.

Up to 2 of the general elective units  may be selected from any relevant nationally endorsed Training Package or accredited course. The general elective units must contribute to the vocational outcomes of the qualification.

Where imported units are selected, care must be taken to ensure that all prerequisite units specified are complied with.
